Look at an example before signing up
Sometimes you do not need a call. You need to see what the product asks for, what a result looks like and whether you can understand its limitations. The worked assessment example follows a fictional product from its source records to an unresolved decision. It is public and does not ask for contact details.
Use that example to decide whether this is the kind of work you need help with. ConformOps organises product evidence and readiness work. It is not an organisation wide SOC 2 audit service, a penetration test or a shortcut to a CRA certificate.
What happens when you try the Free preview
Follow the sign in page, complete the required account and workspace setup, and choose the Free preview path. Use the authentication methods currently offered there. Supply only material that you are authorised to process.
Free begins with focused evidence files rather than an unrestricted premium repository import. The result shows a limited sample of unresolved requirements together with the full preview totals. That lets you examine the relationship between a question, the supplied material and an open gap before buying complete outputs.
You do not get complete evidence exports, ongoing monitoring or an external assessment through the Free preview. The plan comparison explains which capabilities require payment.
Give yourself a useful trial question
Instead of uploading a few arbitrary files and hoping for a score, pick something you already want to understand. Can the tool show which release the evidence belongs to? Does it explain why a requirement is unresolved? Can you distinguish an unavailable vulnerability lookup from a successful result with no matches?
Bring a known example of missing information too. If your team has not yet documented who handles a serious vulnerability report, a useful result should leave that uncertainty visible. A system that invents a reassuring answer has not made the work easier.
No booked call does not mean no account communication
Account verification, access recovery, workspace invitations and necessary service messages are part of operating a service. The exact authentication steps depend on the options available at sign in. Do not interpret a self service trial as a promise that you will never receive an email.
The privacy notice describes how ConformOps processes account and service data. If you contact support and want a reply, provide an appropriate reply route. There is no need to put credentials or confidential source material into a general enquiry.
Pay only after the scope makes sense to you
Once you understand the preview, decide whether you need complete outputs for one assessment or ongoing coverage for future work. Payment is a separate step with an amount and cadence shown before confirmation. If your immediate need is a single assessment, read the guide to buying without a subscription.
If the product does not address your question, you have learned something useful before making a recurring commitment. A good trial should help you make that decision, not merely get you to the next sales conversation.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to book a call before using ConformOps?
No. The self service account and Free preview path does not require a booked sales demonstration. You can also read the public worked example without an account.
Can I try a complete repository import for free?
The Free preview uses focused evidence files. Premium repository intake and complete outputs have paid entitlement requirements, which are checked before the relevant processing starts.
Will the Free preview give me a CRA certificate?
No. It is a limited readiness preview. Neither it nor a paid ConformOps assessment issues a certificate or establishes legal compliance.
