Bought the €99 assessment and upgraded that product to annual Continuous within 30 days? The €99 is credited once against the first annual term. If you refund the assessment, the credit is reconciled - no quiet double-charging either way.
Cancelling never deletes evidence. The product becomes a read-only historical record at the end of the paid period: findings, history and downloads stay, new processing stops.

What counts as one “product”?
The thing you market or ship, inside one CRA compliance scope. It can contain several repositories, services, firmware images or components. New versions of it stay under the same coverage - you are not billed per release.
When does the 14-day verification window start?
When the first paid assessment completes - not at checkout. During it you can re-run against the same locked scope as you fix things.
Does paying make us CRA compliant?
No. You are buying evidence work: collection, mapping, drafting, monitoring and traceability. Legal conclusions, conformity assessment, CE marking and certification are not ours to sell.
Who in the workspace can spend money?
Only the Owner. Admins can invite people and view billing; members can run products. Add-ons are shown as an explicit confirmation with the exact amount and effective date before anything is charged.
Can we start free and decide later?
Yes - up to 2 active Free preview products per workspace, no card. Archiving a Free product releases its active allocation. Focused files only; repository imports and whole-repo uploads need paid product access.
