Service description

ConformOps is software for Cyber Resilience Act readiness assessment and technical evidence preparation. It is not a law firm, conformity-assessment body, notified body, market-surveillance authority, or certification provider.

Editorial responsibility

Public CRA guidance is maintained from authoritative European Union sources. Regulatory material can change; each resource displays its review date and links to the underlying primary material. Binding law and non-binding guidance are labelled separately wherever they are cited, including inside generated artifacts.

Data protection terms

The public Trust center links the privacy notice, optional AI details, Data Processing Agreement, current residency and recovery boundaries, breach-notification commitment, and account and product deletion procedure. Those pages are part of the published service terms and are kept separate from marketing claims so customers can assess the actual controls and limitations.
